Time is your most precious asset, and is a thousand times more important than money. You should sleep in order to have energy to use your time in a meaningful way, not to sleep just to let the time pass.

Sleeping during the day is not bad if you don't overdo it. If you work hard and you take some brief 15-20min naps this will help you achieve better. But sleeping all day is a problem, as it can damage your internal clock. Light can be used to reset your clock, and you should take care to get lots of light during the day and spend the night without light.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3107151844961115.post-49670898326812980552007-10-03T19:18:00.000+02:002007-10-03T19:18:00.000+02:00Assom: You should still try to take more at night ...Assom: You should still try to take more at night than at day. You need between 5-6 hours every night and if you can sleep 30 - 45 minutes at the noon time, that would be great for you. Sleeping after noon time (after 4 pm) is very bad.
Prophet Mohammed PBUH recommended having a short nap but that is supposed to be after Duhor prayer, between Duhor and Aser prayer.
Another thing i have been thinking about lately, that your body adjust it self to how many hours you sleep. We all know that great leaders sleep only 4 hours or even less and still, they accomplish more than we do, i think its adjustment.Bilalٍhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15895174086265584892noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3107151844961115.post-65782679061553249192007-10-02T07:32:00.000+02:002007-10-02T07:32:00.000+02:00A compromise, sleep 6 hours at night, and nap 2 ho...A compromise, sleep 6 hours at night, and nap 2 hours during the dya, in Ramadan the last 2 hours before iftar would be ideal for fasters.Hani Obaidhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02030803365502348949noreply@blogger.com
