--Mix the following in a saucepan until butter is melted:
- 100g butter
- 1 cup water (250ml)
- 8 tablespoons honey
- 4 tablespoons yogurt
--Add warm mixture to the following:
- 6 tablespoons milk powder
- 6 cups flour
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons yeast
- Pinch of salt
--Mix well & knead gently. Leave dough to rise for 40-50 min
--Divide dough into 2 balls. Roll each into a rectangle shape & spread with the following:
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 4 tablespoons sugar
--Roll rectangle & cut with a sharp knife
--Arrange on a buttered baking tray & bake for 20 min (205 c)

ReplyDeleteYou know whats missing, a sauce they add to it, i think its called Pecan sauce since they call the piece it self Pecan roll or something.
By the way, its very expensive here, the mini piece for 2 JDs and the big one for 3JDs, thats alot of money for a small piece of dessert.
