Especially when you have to draw the digestive system.
Then put Christmas lights through the back to show where food goes.
But at least the final product is good and ready.
We did mess up the house a bit though.

ReplyDeleteIt's good to know because the other day I went to a restaurant called Abu Al-Kheir in Al-Jubaiha, and had 0.5 kg. fwaregh (intestines stuffed with meat and rice, then grilled, yummy), and 0.5 kg. Karshat, and of course the fateh with yogurt and garlic.
Did you get a chance to try those in Nablus ?

Actually they're both parts of the small intestine. And I hate fwaregh, uh yuck.
